This show appeals strongly to the tri-state farmers of Wisconsin, Minnesota and Iowa. Gundersen Lutheran provides health clinics of interest to farmers and family members including hearing tests and skin cancer screenings.

The Midwest Farm Show provides display for antique tractors and farming equipment and has been the site of one of the world's biggest collections of farm toys.

Farmer attendance: 5-7,000.

The LaCrosse Center is located in downtown LaCrosse between the Mississippi River and Highways 35 and 53.
