"Can you do a farm show?"  That question was asked of Steve Henry in 1975 when Northern States Power Company, now known as Xcel Energy, decided to end it's sponsorship of the Electric Farm Show.  The farm show had moved from the fairgrounds in Chippewa Falls to London Square Mall in Eau Claire in 1972.  Steve's answer to mall management was "YES!"  And that was the beginning of a commitment by North Country Enterprises to coordinate not only the Eau Claire Farm Show, but to expand to other show sites in Wisconsin, Minnesota and Iowa.  For years, North Country Enterprises and the Henry family produced special events including Home Improvement Shows, Sports Shows, Art Fairs and Invention Expos.  The addition of farm shows fit well into the company's plans...and such shows are now in the 2nd generation of management and planning by Bill & Sally Henry of Cadott, Wisconsin.

Bill and Sally now produce three Wisconsin Farm Shows:     Midwest Farm Show in LaCrosse Rice Lake Area Farm Show Eau Claire Farm Show   Their shows are known for their diversity including stage entertainment, health clinics, an auction to raise money for the Wisconsin FFA Foundation and of course a variety of displays from farm equipment to livestock supplies.
